Bradford Legal consists of three highly experienced and dedicated lawyers in Angus, Tim, and Chris.
Angus Castley is a partner of Bradford Legal and has a strong passion for advocating for the rights and entitlements of people affected by injuries, and personally handles all matters on behalf of his clients. He began his career at Bradford Legal in January 1992, having initially obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree at the University of Western Australia. Angus gained experience as a paralegal dealing with all aspects of personal injury claim, with particular interest in workers’ compensation claims.
Angus commenced a 5-year articles with Bradford Legal in 1995 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in December 1999. During the period of his articles, Angus regularly appeared as an advocate on behalf of injured workers at the WorkCover Conciliation and Review Directorate.
Angus has experience in all aspects of personal injury claims, including Work Accidents, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Insurance Policy Disputes relating to injuries, and Public Liability Claims.
Tim Heard is a partner of Bradford Legal and has been practising in personal injury claims since 1990 after graduating from the University of Western Australia. He joined the Bradford Legal team in 1997 and since then has been working closely with his valued clients to aggressively pursue their claims and achieve the best possible outcome.
Tim has broad range of experience in all types of personal injury law claims including Motor Vehicle Accidents, Workers’ Compensation, Motorcycle Accidents, Catastrophic Injury Claims, Dog Bite Claims, Bicycle Accidents, Public Liability Accidents, and Product Liability Accidents.
Tim has established a successful record particularly in the District and Supreme Courts of Western Australia and understands the need to communicate with you regularly about your claim throughout the journey.
Chris Cooper, a Murdoch University graduate, has been a solicitor with the firm for 7 years. Chris works closely with the firm’s other solicitors in the day-to-day management of claims and regularly appears on behalf of the firm’s clients in the District Court. He is keenly involved in the preparation of claims for trial and takes on a very personal approach when dealing with all our valued clients. In his role as a Solicitor, Chris personally manages a variety of claims including Motor Vehicle Accidents, Public Liability Claims, Workers’ Compensation Claims, and Medical Negligence Claims.
